Ads" may also do this. TATWAX may use cookies and other technologies to keep track of the User’s interactions with TATWAX’s sites and services to offer a personalized experience. We may share this data in aggregate
with partners and advertisers.
b. Personal Information. We collect personal information, for example,
when you send us an email, submit your resume, enter a contest, or register for an account.
We use your email address to respond to you. We use your resume
and job request information in our various staffing and recruiting
businesses. You should expect that we will disclose this information
to other companies and individuals in finding a potential job match.
We may not always contact you before this is shared. The information we collect may be combined with information obtained from other TATWAX services and other companies. We may also

in our business. We do not sell your data to third parties.

opt-in email services (for example, our news releases), we ask for
contact information such as name and email address. We use the information
to send you the email service.

to operate our systems, protect ourself and our users, in the event

(for example, a placement representative or a customer service representative)

to find job matches for applicants and fulfill staffing service
requests of client companies.

Description of service
TATWAX is solely an intermediary. The TATWAX iShop acts only as a broker between buyers and sellers.
The TATWAX iShop facilitates transactions between Users. Buyers may purchase items from sellers who have listed those items on the web site.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
Liability
By using the TATWAX web site, Users agree to comply with any and all domestic and international laws, ordinances, statutes, and regulations regarding the use of the web site, their own listings, and the sale of their items
Users will not utilize the web site or its services for any illegal transactions.
TATWAX reserves the right to refuse the completion of any transaction or any other User activity that TATWAX has reason to believe that violates the terms of this agreement
Users agree to hold TATWAX harmless and indemnify for any losses as a result of the use of the web site in violation of the terms of this agreement.
TATWAX is not liable for copyright or patent infringements on any products bought or sold on the TATWAX iShop.
TATWAX does claim responsibility for the following: customer confirmation of product quality (quality control), fund security (holding customer payment until product quality is confirmed).
After final customer inspection and written approval of the product(s), TATWAX is not responsible for future claims on product quality. The release of that customer’s payment is based on the aforementioned written approval. That written approval releases TATWAX from responsibility for any problems regarding considerations of product quality, loss of time, business interruption, failure to meet deadlines, and any and all other considerations thereafter.
Users agree that their use of this service is at their sole risk. Users also agree that TATWAX is not responsible for any and all damages that result from their use of the site.
Users will not hold TATWAX responsible for any other User’s actions or inactions.
TATWAX assumes no responsibility for monitoring the TATWAX iShop for inappropriate content or conduct. If at any time TATWAX chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the TATWAX iShop, TATWAX nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.
TATWAX makes no warranty with regard to an underlying transaction, any items obtained by the buyer through the use of the web site or its services, that the services will meet your requirements, or that the services or the site will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free.
Since the use of a bank account, credit card or debit card account, or the making of an electronic fund transfer may be limited by the User’s agreement with their financial institution and/or by applicable law, TATWAX is not liable to any User if TATWAX does not complete a transaction as a result of any such limit, or if a financial institution fails to honor any credit or debit to or from an account.
User obligations
While using the Site, users will not:
- violate any laws, third party rights, or our policies;
- use the Site if the User is not able to form legally binding contracts , is under the age of 18, or is temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our Site;
- fail to deliver payment for items purchased by the User
- manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other User's listings;
- circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to TATWAX;
- post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
- take any action that may undermine ratings systems
- transfer the User’s TATWAX account and User ID to another party without our written consent;
- distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm TATWAX, or the interests or property of TATWAX Users;
- copy, modify, or distribute content from the Site TATWAX’s copyrights and trademarks; or
- harvest or otherwise collect information about Users, including email addresses, without their consent and written consent from TATWAX.
Content licensing
When Users give TATWAX content, Users grant TATWAX a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) they have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. (These rights are needed to host and display User content.)
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold TATWAX, TATWAX’s affiliates and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and assigns, harmless from any claim, demand, expense or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising from or relating to the User’s utilization of the Services, any violation of this Agreement, the rules contained on the web site, including, without limitation, payment of TATWAX’s fees and any charge backs from a card organization or reversal or nonpayment of any credit or debit entry.
Modifications
TATWAX reserves the right to edit or modify this Agreement or any part of it without prior notice, provided that the change will not cause a charge or change in charge. The most recent version of the Agreement will be on the web site.
Additional provisions (mainly apply to the Directory and Blog)
Users may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
TATWAX is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the TATWAX Blog, whether caused by Users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the TATWAX blog.
Profiles created and posted by Users on the TATWAX web site may contain links to other web sites. TATWAX is not responsible for the Content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and such web sites are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by TATWAX. Inclusion of any linked web site on the TATWAX Blog does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by TATWAX. When Users access these third-party sites, they do so at their own risk.
TATWAX may delete any content that in TATWAX’s sole judgment believes violates the terms of this agreement, or is believed to be harmful, offensive, or threatening, or illegal. TATWAX assumes no responsibility for monitoring the TATWAX Blog for inappropriate content or conduct. If at any time TATWAX chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the TATWAX Blog, TATWAX nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.
Fees
Users are responsible to promptly pay any service that is used that has a fee.
The current annual seller membership is $10,000 US (as of 7/5/2006)
The minimum order allowed on the TATWAX iShop is $5000 US (as of 7/5/2006)
